Rūta Gudynienė

Rūta, Methodologist Teacher, has been working at “Erudito” Lyceum since its very beginning. In 2021, she was voted the most beloved primary school teacher in Kaunas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education Pedagogy and a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, as well as a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from KTU. Rūta places great importance on fostering civic engagement in children by using non-traditional learning environments. She believes that creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills are the key to future success.

She believes that every child is a Personality with limitless potential — all they need is the right guidance, direction, and opportunities to grow and act.
