The prevailing myth that the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is extremely difficult did not affect me much. Initially, it wasn’t easy to grasp the specifics of the program, but once I got into it, it turned out to be a truly interesting and enriching learning process.

Gabrielius Šemberas, IB alumnus, ISM student

Critical thinking, perseverance, motivation, and activity are crucial aspects of education if you want to achieve the highest results. This is impossible without hard work and commitment, as well as the dedication of the wonderful teachers at Erudito Licėjus, who were always there for me on this journey. The sky is the limit, and there are no bounds to what you can achieve through continuous and passionate effort.

Urtė Vegytė, IB graduate, straight-A student, dentistry student

What I appreciate in this program is how it fosters international, objective thinking, which touches upon world cultures while also not letting you forget the importance of your homeland.

Goda Songailaitė, IB graduate

The International Baccalaureate associates with personal growth, a changing outlook on life, and, of course, stepping out of your comfort zone.

Kajus Ramonas, IB graduate

In the past, I didn’t enjoy studying at all; I often found school boring and wasn’t a good student. My attitude was quite indifferent, I didn’t expect much, and my academic results reflected that. Everything changed when I won a scholarship to study at Erudito Licėjus, as one day I realized that I enjoyed learning and that everything around me is interconnected. Life became a great discovery, a subject of scientific inquiry, and much more interesting.

Saulė Zulanaitė, IB graduate, Erudito Licėjus’ academic scholarship winner

The grades I received on exams don’t reflect all the life skills I learned over those couple of years.

Kajus Zakaras, IB graduate

A couple of years ago, I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life or which field attracted me the most. However, the IB studies helped me realize that the arts are closest to my heart. Studying at Erudito Licėjus helped me become more independent and instilled in me a sense of responsibility and self-confidence.

A piece of advice for future IB students – remember that everything is in your hands. Yes, the school has a strong team of teachers, but the acquisition of knowledge depends on you. In difficult moments, you will understand that cheating is not worth it because it will harm you in the future, not help. I would advise not to run away from problems – experiencing different moments only helps you grow. Understand that it is impossible to know everything and be perfect, so don’t be afraid to seek help, recognize your weaknesses, and turn them into your strengths.

Saulė Kazakevičiūtė, IB graduate, Hanze University of Applied Sciences student

The International Baccalaureate undoubtedly develops organizational and time management skills, as you are personally responsible for submitting all assignments on time. Undoubtedly, these cultivated skills will be very useful in the future.

Veronica Pellegrino, IB graduate

For many years, I knew I wanted to study abroad, so while studying in the IB program, I gained many useful skills, perhaps the most important of which was proficiency in English. Since I had the opportunity, I decided to send my applications to seven universities, with the University of British Columbia in Canada being the one that interested me the most. Now, with the greatest joy, I can say that I have been admitted to this university!

Žiedė Bieliauskaitė, IB graduate, University of British Columbia student

At Erudito Licėjus, besides all the essential knowledge, I learned life skills that are useful, such as collaborating with others, how to complete a project faster, and what each team member’s best qualities are, etc. These questions had to be answered before starting work, which encouraged growth.

Rapolas Kazakevičius, first graduating class of IB
