In 2015, Kristina obtained a bachelor’s degree in social pedagogy and pedagogical qualification from Kaunas University of Technology. In 2018, she earned a master’s degree in education. Kristina has accumulated work experience with children of various ages, ranging from two-year-olds to twelfth graders in high school. She has acquired the qualification category of senior social pedagogue and continuously grows as a person, enhancing her personal and professional competencies.

During her bachelor’s studies, Kristina became interested in social emotional education (SEE) and its benefits for children. Delving into the SEE process and its outcomes, witnessing its significant positive impact on children, organizations, and their employees, she initiated the implementation of these programs in her schools. Kristina has obtained certifications and organized and led social emotional education programs in educational institutions, including international SEE programs such as “Zipio Friends”, “Apple Friends”, “Overcoming Together”, the SEE program “Elephant”, Lions Quest “Keys to Success”, the Child Emotional Expression Control Program “VEIK” by the Family Relationships Institute, social emotional skills development program “Kimochi”, and others.

Kristina believes that we learn every day throughout our lives.
